Having been in the insurance industry since 1979, Ita has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Ita has worked in brokers in Ireland, London and Hertford in underwriting, Account Executive and Account Handler roles. Today, she is an Account Handler at Daines Kapp, responsible for meeting the insurance needs of commercial clients and working closely with Kevin on larger clients. As a friendly and professional member of the team, Ita most enjoys client interaction, ensuring she provides accurate insurance solutions and provides an excellent level of customer service. Ita’s hobbies consist of tennis, aqua aerobics, Pilates and walking. She is also an active member of her local church and Welwyn Tennis Club.
