After completing his A Levels and leaving school in 2019, Oliver joined Daines Kapp in early February 2020 as a Trainee Account Handler working alongside the Commercial team. He is responsible for handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and new business enquiries, ensuring that the clients are receiving the best possible service, while helping out the rest of the commercial team. Oliver is motivated, hardworking and enjoys learning about the insurance industry alongside developing good relationships with clients. In his free time Oliver enjoys meeting up with friends and attending sporting events like darts, boxing and in particular football where he is a season ticket holder for Arsenal Football Club.
